There are no words to describe this stunning wedding I shot alongside with Evelyn Barkey at Camp Tamakwa. The beauty of Algonquin Park is incredible.
There is no road access to the camp, which makes it an ideal venue for those looking to get away and having a unique experience. I arrived at 11am and waited to be picked up by the wooden boat that brought me to the camp docks.
When I arrived the guests were swimming in the lake, playing volleyball, and enjoying their time before the ceremony started. I started by photographing the guys getting ready in their cabin.
They were drinking whiskey and talking about all the past memories they had together. I then met up with Evelyn to document the first look between Dave and Liza.
After the ceremony we went by boat to an island on Tea Lake in Algonquin Park and captured images I won’t forget anytime soon. See below for the visual story from that portion of the day.
